What's new
A product that moves, in plain English
Each entry is a change that reached production. Some of what is described is in the hands of our first managing agents now; some is being finished with them. Nothing here changes what the record is: what was done, by whom, and when.
Billing, and the read-only rule
Subscriptions are paid through Stripe from the organisation's settings, with a customer portal for invoices and cards. If a subscription lapses, the organisation becomes read-only: nothing is deleted and every record stays exportable.
Logos and photographs in the register
An organisation can carry its logo, and each site and building can carry a photograph, so a portfolio of similar-looking blocks is easy to tell apart.
One-building sites, and bulk import from CSV
A site with a single building is set up in one step. A whole register of sites, buildings, locations and assets can be imported from a spreadsheet, with every row checked before anything is written.
Passkeys, and a supported reset
Sign in with a passkey. When a second factor is lost, the operator can reset it after checks, and the reset is recorded on the chain like any other sensitive action.
Enrol a second factor in the web app
A mandated account that has not yet enrolled a second factor is walked through enrolment on sign-in rather than refused with nothing to do next.
The staff app reads the live register
Portfolio, register, triage, people and organisation settings now read and write the platform's API directly: sites and their position at a glance, findings to triage, invitations, grants and competencies.
Live on site-sure.uk
The staff app moved to app.site-sure.uk and this site went live, with one deploy that rehearses on staging before it reaches production.
